- I only accept payment in gil.- Fees are all inclusive and based on complexity of the project. This includes purchasing/crafting all furniture and all design/building services. Designs which include exceptionally expensive components (i.e. furniture or dyes) will have their prices adjusted accordingly as well as designs in which the client provides all materials will also be adjusted.- Please don't ask me to "do what you want." I want my clients to be happy and to provide structure and direction for what they would like their house to look like as they're the ones who have to live with it. My aesthetic tastes are not always someone else's aesthetic tastes nor am I a mind reader about what someone really wants for a house design but they can't put it into words.- I require consultation with any prospective clients. How long this takes depends on the size and scope of the project. If you have specific design elements you would like included, please provide references, links, pictures, etc. and I will do my best to include them.- If I'm asked to recreate another designer's build, I highly encourage you to reach out to the designer directly to ask them for their services first. Failing that, please seek their permission for me to recreate their design and provide proof of such. I will also independently ask permission as well for confirmation.- Please be aware that due to housing physics, not all design elements are possible to do in all houses. Please be open to trusting the experience of a decorator who is aware of how house physics work and that some things are just impossible to accomplish given the available space. I will make every effort to make your dream house come true, but even I can't fit a large house build into a small house in game.- Clients are welcome to visit any time while I'm working, but I respectfully request that they not move any furniture around nor change design elements which I've put in place. Feel free to drop off furniture into storage if needed, but please don't move things around as I am working or after I've placed them.- When work is finished, I will take screenshots and video for my portfolio. This is non-negotiable. I will not share your house address unless given permission.- I won't build into the void.- I require 50% payment up front and the remaining 50% balance due upon completion of the work and you are satisfied with the build. I will not make major changes at the completion of the build. I expect you to be visiting and approving of things as I'm going along and make any change requests during the process.- At the completion of the build, clients will be in a two week "Opps!" window. If you move or accidentally break something or want a small/minor change, I will fix it free of charge within those two weeks. This does not include major redesigns, only fixing small mistakes if you've moved or broken some part of the build or if minor changes are desired.- I will not maintain ownership of a Free Company for a client. It is not my responsibility to maintain the ownership of the Free Company I am decorating nor is it my responsibility to maintain ownership of its housing plot. Once I have completed the decoration of the Free Company house, if I cannot contact you within a reasonable time (1-5 business days), I will withdraw any funds owed from the Free Company chest and leave the Free Company, taking screenshots as proof that I made good faith efforts to maintain contact and that I completed the design.- I work through The Heartless Corporation and if my style and availability do not suit your needs, I happily invite you to seek another decorator there. Many talented designers are among The Heartless ranks who are all too happy to help you realize your decoration dreams!
